The INFER-FUN PARTY 2025 returns to Padua on July 4th!
This year too, the INFER-FUN PARTY is back, the event that combines fun, solidarity and awareness: new date but same great goal!
The party will be held on Friday 4 July 2025 (instead of 26 June), in Padua, at Villa Barbieri (Via Venezuela).
The students of the Nursing Degree course, in collaboration with GECA Onlus, take to the field for a fundamental cause: the spread of automatic external defibrillators (AEDs).
In Italy every year there are over 60,000 deaths due to sudden cardiac arrest. Often these are young, apparently healthy people struck by a fatal event in ordinary moments of their daily lives. Yet a more widespread network of AEDs can really make a difference and save lives.
The objective of the project is clear: to equip highly frequented public places with defibrillators, to reduce the risks linked to sudden arrhythmic events.
Last year the project has already brought tangible results: 3 AEDs were purchased and 3 informative videos were created, two of which are already online, the third on the way.
But it doesn’t stop there. The students are ready to raise new funds and promote training activities to teach everyone how to use this life-saving tool.
“Let’s shake the heart” is not just a slogan, it is an invitation to make a difference, because a timely gesture can change a destiny.
